Pimp my team; major upgrade necessary

Hi there,

I am currently struggeling with my team. It seems that I have a bunch of good players, but the compositions seems to be disadvantageous.

Platform: PC
Budget: 40,000 (but I can sell players, maybe 160 K coins in total)
Min chemistry: 100
Formation: 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-1-2 or 4-1-2-1-2
Players that must be in: for me, Coulibaly (Cloulibaly is a beast, he is everywhere and almost blocking everything); Talisca is a wonderfull player, but it is difficult to connect a china/brazil offense with an italian/serie A defense (Allan and Leiva do not do a very good job on the pitch)
Untradeable players (optional): see list
Description: Defense seems to be my problem, sometimes it also seems that the team has problems with building up the game (incorrect passes, players are not where they should be), I hope a better chemistry between the player could help (more green links)

See my squad:

Other players in my team (tradeable); IFs:
Juanfran IF/Da Silva IF/ Keane IF/Djaniny IF --> potential sales

Ligue 1: Buffon, Verrati, Thauvin, Marquinhos
Serie A: Hamsik, Callejon, Allan
PL: Fernandinho, Fabregas, Willian, Jorge, Lacazette, Morata, Martial, Gabriel Jesus, Vardy
La Liga: Giminez, Vidal
CSL: Carrasco, Hulk
Other: Ibrahimovic

Other players in my team (untradeable); IFs:
some , but insignificant

Ligue 1: UCL Rabiot, Kimpembe
Serie A: UCL Perotti, UCL Ghoulam, UCL Balde, Bonaventura, Pastore (surprinsingly good)
PL: UCL Alli, UCL Lingard, David Silva, Matic,
La Liga: UCL Martins, Diego Costa

I tried to build up a premier league team, but the results got worse. Right now I am saving coins to buy dybala, but I have read that he is not worth the coins to spend. If so, I would invest in other players. I would also like to add Frenkie de Jong (as a CAM or CM; current future star sbc) as a super sub, but I am not sure if it makes sense (Futmas Isco is already a super sub).

I hope someone can give some suggestions, that could help my team to improve. Looking forward for your response,

cheers sebastian
