If Cancelo 87 RM or Cuadrado 87?

Cancelo or Cuadrado, I think this Cancelo card with Deadeye could probably be as good as Cuadrado. I am asking cuz I ll probably sell my Cuadrado card and buy this one. Use the cards to finish Nesta legend. Thoughts?

If i start with all my players 10 chem... but one is 5... but that one i want to change in first min.. does it matters that he is 5 chem at the beginnen of the match?
